The ELJA Foundation is looking for young people for the ELJA Young youth council. Do you know or are you a young person aged between 12 and 18 who would like to help think about spectacular art programs? Then read more and sign up!
Are you between 12 and 18 years old, and would you like to help think together with other young people about spectacular programs about music, dance, and visual arts? Then sign up for ELJA Young. This is the ELJA Foundation’s youth council. As we are a new fund that organizes art projects for children and young people and makes them possible, we would like to hear what is important to you!
What will you get from ELJA Young?
By signing up to ELJA Young you will have the chance to help think and talk about big art projects. We can work together to ensure that in the future, concerts, performances, festivals, exhibitions, and art events are organized that truly match young people’s needs. You will also be welcome to attend events organized by the ELJA Foundation, you will receive a voucher and a CJP (cultural youth passport; www.cjp.nl), and you will be invited to performances, concerts, and exhibitions. Of course, we will cover your travel expenses (and potentially those of an accompanying adult).
What do we expect from you?
We will meet four to six times a year in a central location in the Netherlands. At these meetings we will discuss your ideas about music, dance, and visual art, you will be given workshops, we will discuss subjects you find interesting and much more.
